HOW TO ORDER:

The process begins by extrapolating all pertinent information needed to understand your vision of the project. We can expand upon an existing design or work with you to develop your own personal curation. This may include dimensions, color schematics, photographs or reference images. A project scope and cost estimate will be determined, followed with design sketches or reference images. Once the proposal is approved and deposit is received, we finalize design specifications and begin the production process with material procurement, layout and fabrication. Lead time is typically 10-12 weeks. Final payment is required prior to delivery of your item(s).


SHIPPING:

Haus of Reed can ship anywhere in the world. For domestic orders, we use carriers such as FedEx and Old Dominion. For international orders, we use consolidation companies and commercial freight companies. Based on geographic logistics, we may use a local/regional moving company with experience in fine furniture. Customers are always welcome to coordinate pick up from our workshop and/or make personal delivery arrangements. Rest assured, your furniture is always packed in custom made crates, protecting your furniture during all phases of transport. Based on project complexity, site visits may be required to oversee or assist in delivery/installation. All furniture is insured against loss or damage.
